How Can Severe Pain In The Shoulders Be Treated?

I require parenteral DEMRROL 100MG./ML for a slipped Disc,Fractured Sacral Vertabrae,Torn R.Rotator cuff, and have torn ligaments in both knees.I for got the names of the ligaments one starts with a C but Demerol has allowed me to still Lay 4 Cast Iron 10 footers for sanitary sewer hookups,and 3/4 inch copper water service. I was caved in on last week and Demerol 100Mg./per Ml. to continue to work until I can get surgery at McClaren Hospital as I did 5 years ago.I wish I could remember those ligaments.My Rotator cuff tear is what is giving me the most pain at the moment. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

That is a lot of narcotics. Frankly, high doses of narcotics are quite dangerous and first, one should have a Narcan overdose antidote pen if one is on a lot of narcotics. Also, we do not give out drugs on this site.

Without an exam, I can only give general information, not drugs.

Methadone might be an option for high doses of narcotics both for the pain, which is acknowledged here, and at least the potential issue of drug dependence and/or addiction which I have no way of knowing if that applies here.
