Hi ..Dr....my son is of seven years ..he has severe pain in his stomach ....so I gave him LILAC SYRUP and MUCAINE SYRUP for two days .....but he is not recovering ,,,,I am very thankful to u for this concern ...my question is that should we change medicines or should we continue
