How Can Severe Pain In The Temple And Confusion Be Treated?

Back in Feb my ex beating my head n face pretty shattering all bones. I have metal all I. Face . My question is I hit my left Temple right below the metal that help forms my eye socket. It now has a dentist in the temple. I feel confused and have sever pain in that area. Along the bottom on the temple it s numb. Should I go to the er to make sure it didn t cause damage or start my brain bleed possible again
