How Can Severe Pain Under The Breasts Be Treated?

I had a fall 6 days ago. I tripped and landed on my right breast and arm. I ve been dealing with pain and immobility in my arm, elbow and shoulder. this is much improved. but my rib area under and around the breast feels worse. i woke up in extreme pain. what should I do now?

Dear madam. Kindly get an x Ray to rule out any small fractures r hair line fractures. if x Ray s fine, nothing to worry. Usually rib injuries are very painful and no treatment is required unless it s a displaced fracture. Good pain killer wld suffice. pain wld be there for at least 2 weeks. thank u
