How Can Severe Pain Upon Movement Of Foreskin Due To Phimosis Be Managed?

Hello doctor,I am able to open my foreskin completely but my problem is my inner part is too sensitive. The level of pain is too much that I have to again cover up my head so kindly suggest me proper solution regarding this. Is is normal and what can I do to prevent this level of pain?? In the hope of quick response

Hi,

Increased sensitivity can be due to
- urinary tract infection
- phimosis
- prostates.

The temporary solution can be lignocaine gel. Application 5 min before sex will reduce the sensation.
