General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You had a bad childhood and now having panic attacks. You should meet a psychiatrist as he will put you on drugs besides psychiatric counselling. Your condition needs face to face meeting with doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi,
