How Can Severe Sinusitis Be Treated?
I am severely congested (sinus infection ) 3 weeks ago went to Dr gave me nothing 2 weeks ago went again to Dr finally gave me amoxicillin now a week after that I am not any better and worse I have major anxiety about suffocating and need relief ASAP I TOOK A SUDAFED 12 hour about 3 hours ago. Nothing What else can I take. Can I take a sudafed pe as well would that help? I tried Adrian and that isn t even working Help

First and foremost i advice you to get relief from Anxiety . Relaxation techniques and Pranayama can help a lot if anxiety a Big issue
Because anxiety itself can make nasal passages block.
Sudafed Pe gives only temporary relief

1. Breathe in Steam vapours
2. Use warm water .. Put warm wet towel on face. It relieves Pressure
3. Flush out sinuses
4 . Plenty of water to drink
5. Rest. Have adequate sleep
