Hi dr i need a help plez I cant even explain what im gonna say for ya but i feel like i need a help im so shy so tired of my fears i cant move on one step without being hesitate i tried to build up my self confidence but it was useless i still shy afraid im 27 yrs old and i cant get into a relationship i cant do my exams i feel so shy even if i greeting ppl Im stuck in my own body i cant do anything i left my school this year bc i was so afraid of exams What i can do dr.
