General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

The white blisters on tonsils persistent after antibiotic therapy could be due to viral infections like Infectious mononucleosis, Herpes or yeast infection like candida. Throat examination, tzanck smear, microscopy and culture of throat swab can help confirm the diagnosis.
Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider for necessary evaluation and management.
Meanwhile, drink plenty of fluids and stay hydrated, take adequate rest and use Tylenol for pain.

Hope this answers your question
