Had back surgery in 2012 for Severe Spinal Stenosis. Did well for abt. 6 mos. and I have been going down hill every since. I ve had Phy. therapy 4 times, seen a chiropractor for 6 wks. and still got no relief. My doctor is saying surgery from the looks of my most recent MRI. Any other suggestions for treatment before surgery?
Hello dear I understand your concern Main symptoms in the spinal stenosis is the pain. You can try pregabalin, gabapentin and amotryptalin for pain for 6 week under the advise of the spinal surgeon Do regular physiotherapy. If not resolves then only treatment is the surgery by experienced spinal surgeon. You can use premium service of HCM and upload the MRI report at report section for better review. Hope this may help you
