How Can Severe Spinal Stenosis Be Treated?
I have had two back surgeries and have been diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis. Recently, I have burning and aching I in the side of my left leg, my foot top and ankle. ve had sciatica before, but it was from my butt down my thigh. This is different since it is my lower leg. It s very painful. Any suggestions?

Do a fresh MRI, if epidural steroid injection tried then surgical treatment is good[Decompressive lumbar laminectomy]
