Hi there what is the best solution for stomach crumps....? The crumps comes heavy and then it goes away then it comes back again. I have hyospasmol tablets but am afraid to use it. Please help me because it s the third time I m getting it since the new year
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history of recurrent spasmodic pain in abdomen as cramps, goes away and comes back since new year; that you hyospasmol tablets but are worried about taking these, wants to know the best solution. As per the history that you have provided, the possible causes can be: Intestinal obstruction. Stone in ureter. I would advise you the following in such a case: To get the clinical evaluation and examination, preferably from a General Surgeon. X-ray of the abdomen in standing and lying down position. Ultrasound of the abdomen. Tests of stool, blood and urine. All these things together will give you a very proper diagnosis and a plan for management, which you should follow stringently to have possible cure.
