Hi, thank you for your question. Please rate my answer if you are satisfied.
Stress can be very disabling. Managing stress is not only very necessary, as it can lead to troublesome consequences, at the same time it's very challenging task. First of all you need to understand that there is not a magic pill that will take the stress out of you. Stress management is a gradual process and you will have to learn to manage it. For a start, you should consider breathing exercises and meditation techniques. If you're having insomnia you might get help with a low dose tranquilizer. Walking, jogging and other physical exercise also help managing stress. Some people find peace in religion as well. The key to be mentally strong is to shut down all the thoughts for a moment and start thinking rationally about all of the possibilities of a situation and their consequences one by one. Anything that you love to do can prove to be a stress managing treatment for you. Last but not the least, I seriously recommend that you see a counselor. Be happy and keep calm, life is too short for worrying too much.
