How Can Severe Swelling In The Penis Be Treated?

Hi doctor, I recently had an accident involving my penis. I had recently had a circumcision done and had healed well within the prescribed six weeks. I would casually apply lotion (Vaseline) on my penis to retain the moisture on the skin of the penis. On one unfortunate day, I happened to use vick s as a substitute without having read the packaging.. A painful experience I would not wish on my worst enemy.. My penis was swollen, particularly the corpus can( ). A few days later, I noticed that the spongiosum had become weak along the head of the penis, and the penis had become somewhat wobbly. There are no pains, but I suspect nerve damage to the spongiosum. Any advice on the kinds of treatment available?
