How Can Sexual Urges Be Controlled?
Hi I am a muslim and in my religion masturbation is a sin but after a month or less I suddenly wake up in the middle of the night and there is a strong urge for sex. I keep controlling it till I masturbate. I am too much frustrated about it Can you please help me to reduce this urge by any medication or anything else? I m 25.

Sexual desire is common in young age. If you take drugs then it may cause complete loss of drive. Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid non vegetarian food. Eat simple no spicy food. Avoid watching porn and think differently.
