How Can Sharp Pain In Shoulder Be Treated?

I fell and hit my head on the corner of a table close to my right eye. I believe it or not I fell asleep standing up and next thing i knew I was on the ground with a sharp pain in my shoulder and my left hand was tingling. I fell on the right side of my face. Now all lights have a halo around them HELP
