How Can Shingles Be Treated?

Hello! I was recently diagnosed with shingles. I have a very mild case probably because I did have the shingles vaccine three years ago. I was prescribed Valacyclovir. I go tablet To be taken 3 times a day for one week. Is this a usual dosage? I have read it s usually to be taken twice a day.

vaccine is still in trial stage. antiviral antibiotic has been given in correct doses.can take second opinion.
