How Can Shingles Be Treated?

my doctor Sayers l have shingles.I have had them and broke out in blisters this time there is pain in my groin area and it was on the left side then switched t.o the right side now it has gone back to the left side. I only had a breakout this time under my left breast.this has been going on for 4weeks now at times l can hardly walk is all of this normal
