Hello,

For shortness of breath and shortness while exertion needs to evaluated by a pulmonologist and not by ENT doctor. He or she will do pulmonary function tests and based on that doctor will prescribe your inhaler. In the query, you mentioned that there are three nodules on the right side of the thyroid gland. My question is, are they mobile? Since how long they are present. Are they in the gland itself or adjacent to it? Physical examination and ultrasound neck will answer all these questions. You didn't mention about thyroid levels whether they are normal? My suggestion is, please meet pulmonologist (chest physician) for further information.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
