How Can Shoulder And Arm Pain, Calf Soreness With Tenderness Be Treated?

I took levequin 750 mg for 10 days... I woke up with severe pain in my right shoulder all the way down my arm. My calf's are very sore to walk and tender to touch. How long til it heals? and what should I do or not do? I dont know if it has anything to do with it but I also have CVID and receive infusions weekly for it. than you for your time. Tammy
