How Can Shoulder Blade, Arms And Hands Pain Be Treated?

I am having raditating pain below my shoulder blade even when I take short breathes and the pain is also in my upper arms and my hands. I am 62 yrs old very active I recently layed cermic tile in my living room and dining room right after that I started these pains but went away when I took Aleve, but now nothing seems to help. I wake up in the middle of the night crying from the pain. Besides going to the e.r. what can I do til my appt. with the clinic first part of March
