General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since you have pain in the shoulder you should get clinically examined by a GP. You should get X-ray (shoulder & cervical spine), Magnetic resonance arthrogram, rotator cuff injury or tear cannot be visualized but the bone spurs can be. MRI is helpful.

Your treating doctor may tell you to get blood tests (FBC, ESR/CRP) done. For pain you can take pain relievers like Combiflam, Naproxen, one SOS when required. Get treated at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
