How Can Shoulder, Neck And Back Pain With Swelling Be Treated?

my daghter is suffering from pain in shoulder, neck and backsince long at least 10 yeras. two year back we have shown her to the doctor and advised for physical exercise. Due to my transfer,samm has been continued. Again from April,10 i have put her in swimming club and pain and swelling was redsed. due to sweemming seasson stopped frpm Sept,10 ,again problem is recurring and pain is increasing. Pl advise
