How Can Shoulder Pain And Muscular Pain Be Treated?

i have pain in the top right arm ,my muscle and pain in my collar bone area ,did think it was shoulder pain at first but it is not . what is this and what can i do to ease the pain ? it seems to make my whole arm heavy & a tingling in my fingers ! thanks
