How Can Shoulder Tendonitis With Back Discomfort Be Treated?

I have shoulders that pop a ton, Right now i was diagnosed with tendonitis in my right shoulder. Im a huge weight lifter, so im having problems cooping with this injury. Also the back of my right shoulder seems to be acting up. What could be the cause of this?
