How Can Sinus Congestion Along With Sore Throat And Headache Be Treated?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. You may be suffering from sinusitis with sinus headache. You have to avoid cool drinks and frozen water. Avoid smoking and alcohol intake. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet Sinarest. If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist, he will examine and treat you accordingly. Take care.
