Hi

Welcome in HCM

I understand your concern and according to your clinical history it appears as you are having chronic sinusitis. whenever there is sinusitis, the infected discharge from sinuses comes to nasal cavity and by ciliary movement of nasal mucosa it passes to throat and medically we call it as post nasal drip. This post nasal drip ultimately infect the throat and patient feel soreness in throat.

To plan for treatment it becomes necessary to examine the patient thoroughly and investigate and all this will be made better through expert hands of your ENT doctor.

Probably above answers your query but if any thing is not clear you are free to re consult HCM.

Thanks.
