How Can Sinusitis Along With Cold And Sore Throat Be Treated?

I ve had a sinus infection quite a bad one started with a cold then went into a sinus infection head hurt teeth hurt bad sore throat on left side coughing a lot green mucus that started to clear after few weeks and now left me with a dry scratchy throat on the left side I suffer from anxiety and wondered does all this sound normal

All the symptoms which are mentioned here are common post sinusitis. Just chill n try to find out what is the cause of sinusitis, is it allergy with some food, dust, deviated nasal septum, cold weather, viral infection from others. And rid of it.
