Hello,

Your problem can be due to infection of the sinuses constantly which can be due to various factors:
-Diseased teeth or carious teeth.
-Infection of the respiratory tract.
-Allergic reaction to some irritants may be in food or in atmosphere like pollens.

The bad taste in the mouth is due to respiratory tract infection and in sinusitis patient also feels bad taste. You have taken antibiotics and nothing happened therefore, it is better to consult ENT specialist and get yourself checked by dental doctor. For bad taste, I suggest you to:
-Maintain good oral hygiene.
-Brush daily.
-You can try Chlorhexidine mouth wash 0.1% twice daily for 15 seconds for 15 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
