Hi I have a mild bronchitis n sinusitis.. My sinusis get blocked everynight at home and i have eliminated all the allergy triggers in my house.. All seasons of the year i have to use medicines.. What can I do to minimise using drugs(nasal spray, decongestent, ashthma pump& headache tablet a lot

hello, thanks for your query, check out the medical conditions where one will have both bronchitis and sinusitis like cystic fibrosis or some syndromes, where one need to take life time medications to prevent clogging of sinuses or bronchioles. you can do steam inhalation and use simple saline drops. hope I have answerd your query. all the best. take care.
