How Can Sinusitis And Cold Be Treated?

I went to see a doctor on Friday she put me on antibiotics for pneumonia plus a very bad cold in my sinuses, It s clearing my chest but seams to go right back in my sinus. I ve used rinse other sprays... Is there something I m missing or can do to get rid of this? I have now stayed home for a week and now have to go back to work on Monday
