How Can Sinusitis And Laryngitis Be Treated?

I started out having acute sinusitis and progressed to viral laryngitis and viral pharyngitis. I have had sinus congestion for over 10 days now and can t get any relief from any medication and I have run the course with my antibiotics. What can I do???

u need to take antibiotics for sinusitis but for viral infection it will subside in a week..
u need to take vit C (fresh citrous food) to boost immune..
can apply warm compression over the nose.. or steam inhalation might leave the congestion
