Hello,

Your upper respiratory tract infection is not improving, hence further workup is needed. Investigate with.
1. Complete blood count (CBC).
2. PNS x-ray.
3. Posterior pharynx examination.
4. Tistreptolysin O (ASO) titer.
You need to give decongestant if inflammation severe then short term betamethasone steroid course can be prescribed. An antibiotic like azithromycin or levofloxacin can be prescribed. Consult a physician or otorhinolaryngologist for examination and get a prescription.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
