Hi, lately I ve had sinusitis quite badly so the doctor prescribed me an antibiotic which gave me side effects. I have been having cramps and sickness all day. I do have a new prescription but nothing for those symptoms. I have been so poorly I need something

Hi

You can use antihistamines such benadryl or citerizine to help with secretions. Also you can use decongestants such pseudoephedrine for 5 days.Also you can use corticosteroid spry such fluonase. You may be need to use oral corticosteroids.
