How Can Sinusitis Be Treated?

Thank you, I believe I have a sinus infection but do not remember having more than a 99 fever in the past when I have had one. My temp is 102.2 I feel so weak and still draining three days into this. I am drinking lots of water and gargling with salt water. I cough a lot and my head huts and my temperature returns after the Motrin wear off.

The proper antibiotic for sinusitis is Amoxiclav for 7 days. You should not have allergic reaction from penicillin or amoxicillin.
