How Can Sinusitis Be Treated?

I have recently pretty much lost my sense of taste from either the drug verapamil or from summer-long seasonal allergies. I have high blood pressure and am taking several meds for this condition. My question is what OTC meds can I safely try to clear my sinuses, etc.?

I have gone through your history. I would suggest you to take antihistamine like Levocetirizine and a course of antibiotics with steam inhalation thrice daily.
If symptoms persist, get an X-ray, PNS view and review with family physician/ENT.
