How Can Sinusitis Be Treated?

Hi, I was prescribed celizine on Tuesday by a NHT doctor, along with fluticasone nasal spray, I m taking it as directed, however I am not feeling any relief from neither in 2 days now: I had a sinus infection for over a month and didn t know it? What do I need to do now?

Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. I think you should be taking an antibiotic ,augmentine 625 two times daily gor 14 days also citerisine 10 mg twice daily orally also fluticasone spry.
