How Can Skin Burn On The Face Be Treated?

Hi I am a 24 year, female. I had first and second degree burns on left half of my face, 10 days ago. Some parts are healed while some are still lght pink to red in color. I have used silver nitrate and colloidal silver for the past 10 days along with topical application of honey. Is mometasone furoate & fuscidic acid cream useful in preventing burn scar formation.
