i have cut my hand by balde one year ago , its very deep cut , please give me a solution how to remove it. thank you regards mani

Hi Mani,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Skin cut over the hand is usually treated by simple dressing and leaving the wound open. Kindly see to it that the wound is clean and dry till it heals completely.
If the part of the blade is still inside, you need to undergo a minor procedure of incision and exploration of it and then its removal from the hand.
You need wash the area with Savlon twice daily and then apply Povidine-Iodine cream over it. Take a course of anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen twice daily after food.
Gradually, by about a week to ten days time, the wound will heal completely. Kindly consult Surgeon in this regard for proper evaluation and further management.
