How Can Skin Irritation Be Treated?

I went to the gp yday as my down below was tickling and feeling irritable - he took a water sample to check for infection but I have not heard anything back which he said I would if it was an infection. He did prescribe me canesten cream to try help. It s really random and mainly more a problem at night and early morning - what could this be?

it can simply yeast infection. anti fungal pellets can be given and if not responding then systemic anti-fungal like fluconazol can be given. apply candid ointment. give your history in proper way so-that advise for treatment can be given. urine test can be done and if requered culture and sensitivity can be done.
