Cosmetic & Plastic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

I would suggest you to visit a plastic surgeon for your problem since you are at a risk of having skin cancer.
Besides I would advice you to avoid prolong sun exposure too.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Humaira Naerm, Cosmetic & Plastic Surgeon
