How Can Sleep Paralysis Be Treated?

Hi, I am suffering from sleep depriviation from one year now plus the little sleep I have in the morning takes.me to having sleep paralysis almost every week or so. The effect of sleep paralysis make me weak and.tired. Please provide solution so I can sleep like a.normal person.

as you are suffering from sleep paralysis , i would like to inquire more about other associated symptom like day time sleepiness, hypnogogic or hypnopompic hallucination etc to make a diagnosis of narcolepsy. as the frequency of sleep paralysis increases if you are deprived of adequate sleep. so you take proper sleep, maintain proper sleep hygiene. also consult sleep specialist for the same. thanks
