How Can Slight Swelling And Bruising On The Back From An Injury Be Treated?

I bruised my back from doing a dance trick on monday and it was slightly swollen and the swelling as been going down because iv e been icing it and i took some tylenol yesterday and I am a person that overthinks and that causes me to have panic attacks because im worried i severely injured myself so i was hoping this could calm my anxiety a bit on the situation
