Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Sorry to hear of the suffering you have been though, allergic conditions are common, specially nose or throughout. It does not look be herpes as it does not exist for this long. Regarding your allergic problems, we can try the following things to get help , though it cannot be eliminated:

1. Avoid the allergen, it's not easy but try hard what causes increase your problem, avoiding it is the best thing one can do to help allergy.
2. Antihistaminics also help but you have already used a lot so may be not a good option for you.
3. Steroids are very effective in controlling allergy, should not be used routinely, but may be prescribed in difficult cases like yours. First topical, if they don't work you can use low dose oral steroids for short times. There are other advanced options, always a job of specialist. If the above don't help you, I would advise you should see am allergy specialist for more advanced options if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
