How Can Snoring Be Treated?
My husband has a strong snoring problem. I should say he roars and not snores. Very very loud that no one can sleep next to him. Doctors say it s because the bone inside has grown and the nostrils are not equal. Also, he always has his mouth open for breathing when he is awake. He doesnot want to go for surgery. Any suggestion/treatment which shall reduced the problem by 50% atleast. Kindly suggest.
