How Can Social Anxiety And Panic Disorder Be Treated?

Hello sir/ madam I m a undergradute student. I have felt fear and nervousness during speeches and presentation. Moreover i have no confidence to tlk to someone. When during met with my friends and sit with them during talking when they point me i have fully covered with sweat and feeling myself numb. So i requested plz suggest me some psychological treatment for my this problem. Thanx

yup no need to worry about your condition
in social anxiety disorder and panic attacks the symptoms are the same as you described.
if such patient come to me
i suggest a combination of psychotherapy along with pharmacotherapy.
1) SSRIs such as escitalopram,proxitien,fluoxitien and sertaline are prescribed i preffer sertaline for 4 weeks for remission of the symptoms
along with
2(CBT) cognitive behaviour therapy
3 interpersonel therapy
4 stress mangement and relaxation techniques
hope it will help you for decision to go to a psychiatrist for mangement.
