How Can Sore Throat And Nose Congestion Be Treated?

I have been feeling unwell for about 10 days but have not been sick enough to stay home from work. This started with a sore throat, sore gland, sore teeth and sore eye on one side of my face which made me think of a sinus problem. I do not tend to not get colds with normal symptoms but I think my sinuses block easily. I do not have a stuffy nose. But I continue to have these periodic weird very slight dizzy issue, kind of a funny feeling just around my eyes and forehead--a bit hard to describe. Also I have been alternating hot and cold (clammy skin) for at least a week. Sinus médicine does not really help.

This is sinusitis. Common causes may be allergy, sinus infection, nasal polyp, rhinitis and deviated nasal septum.
Advice
1.     Cefixime 100 mg every 12 hours for 7 days
2.     Levocetirizine 5 mg daily orally for 7 days
3.     Ambroxol 30 mg daily per oral for 7 days
4.     Do gargle with slight warm salt water four times daily
5.     Do not eat heavily at a time. Eat smaller meals
6.     Do not lie down immediately after meal
7.     Avoid dust, smoking, alcohol, dry environment and spicy food
8.     Avoid coffee and tea after meal
9.     Consult an ENT (Ear, Nose Throat) specialist for general examination of nasal passage
10.     Investigations
a.     Complete blood count
b.     X – ray PNS (paranasal sinus)
