Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sore throat which occur due to upper respiratory track infection. Consult ENT specialist . Doctor may order various test to confirm if its viral or bacterial infection and treat it accordingly.

As of now you can be advised:
-Anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen can be taken to relive pain. -Doing warm saline gargles, steam inhalation and using a humidifier in your room can be very much relieving.
-You can also suck throat lozenges to soothe the throat.
-Chew Vitamin C pellets to boost up the immunity.
-Avoid spicy and chilled foods.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
