How Can Soreness Of Throat Due To Smoking Be Reduced?

I consider myself in excellent health I frequent the gym and play sports all the time I'm a little on the hypochondriac side though I got really drunk 3 days ago and smoked a bunch of cigarettes and I feel like I have to keep moving my throat muscles it's not necessary involuntary but I can't stop doing it and now my throat is tight and soar from me moving it so much is this anything to worry about

Hello,
You had smoked and had alcohol both irritates the throat.
That could cause infection to spread.
You could take a 3 day course of azithromycin 500mg once daily antibiotic. In addition stop smoking and alcohol for a while. Take anti reflux or acidity treatment .
Take voice rest for few days , it will heal on its own.
