How Can Soreness On The Left Side Of The Abdomen Be Treated?

I fell down on the front of my body about right days ago. The left side of my abdomen has been very sore since then. It is a feeling like a sore muscle. Doesn t hurt when standing, only when I m lying down and or try to sit up or roll over. Should I wait it out or have it checked? I am 61 years old.

itcan be cholitis so take course o flagyl. can be calculi so take ultrasound kub can take the advise of gastroenterologist. colonoscopy can be done on his advise.exclude diabetes which can be contributing cause renal profile can be tested
